My eating habits are out of control. I am drinking my water though. But I have to learn to eat healthier and discipline myself from eating the bad foods. Maybe I should get in the habit of counting my calories but I need to know how many I need to eat a day.
Anyways, I can not wait till my gym opens up. I will be going a lot more often then I would my other one. Right now I am watching the Biggest Loser and watching that show really helps motivate me.
