It's 2008 and I am feeling great. I am sticking to my goals and I am focused. I am going to make this year the best year for me. I am hoping to lose more then 10 lbs this year. I am at 247 and my next weight goal is 230 lbs. I don't have far to go but I know I can do it with eating healthier and exercising.
I also want to try new things like running. This is a whole new thing for me and I am gonna stick it through until I am able to run 3 mile and then if I do that for more then 3 months then I can look to run my first 5k. That is also one of my life goals
