The Small Steps: My Changes

I am changing little by little. I have a long way but I know I can do this with these small little steps that lead to big changes in the end. I am drinking 1% Milk rather than 2%. I love my cheese so in the past I bought veggie cheese and when I did that I lost 7 lbs. I guess the little changes really do make a difference. I am gonna go back to that.

I don't drink diet pop that often cause it blots me and it is said that it reins your diet. The more diet pop you drink the more water you have to drink. By drinking more water I feel more refreshed and cleansed. Not to mention what it does for your insides. I don't have to mention that casuse you probably know what I am taking about.

No matter how many times I have fallen off the diet wagon I get right back up. I am never giving up until I lose all this weight and be at a weight I am comfortable with. Also I have a lot of support though Sparkpeple and a friend that is going through the same thing I am.

Now my next small change I have to do is when my new gym opens up. I have to go to the gym more often about 4 days a week for 30 to 40 minutes.
