Taking Little Steps

To help me change my bad eating habits I am taking little steps to changing how I eat. I had my first oatmeal in a long time. The last time I had it was when I was a little girl. It's not that bad. I wanna get the Quaker Oatmeal Weight Control. They use it on the biggest loser. Also the Brita water pitcher and Wrigley's extra gum. They also say to drink 1% or skim milk and drink that 3 times a day. It's gonna take a while for me to have these stick but I am focused.
